The official launch of the Blue Economy CRC is taking place at 10am on Tuesday 28 January at the CRC’s Headquarters in Launceston at Building V (Discipline of Information, Communication and Technology) at the University of Tasmania.
It will be attended by members of the Blue Economy CRC Board, various Ministers (TBC), local CRC participants, government and research organisations. Some media will also be present (TBC).
The launch will precede a 2 day all-participant workshop to be held at the Hobart Function and Conference Centre
Following the short official program, morning tea will be available and various tours will take place from 11.30am around campus, showcasing the University of Tasmania’s AMC and IMAS facilities. A bus (departing at 2pm) will be provided for attendees travelling to Hobart to attend the workshop.
