Craig Dugan is an accomplished and experienced executive with 30 years’ industry experience and qualifications in chemical and process engineering.

Prior to founding Optimal Group, Craig held the position of managing director of Process Group, a leading process engineering company, where his leadership was instrumental to the company’s successful acquisitions, international expansions and domestic growth. Craig’s technical experience also extends to patents in carbon capture and storage.

Craig also headed the development, launch and marketing of his family’s newly established olive oil business in January 2000. Starting with zero sales in 2000, Craig lead the company in rapidly building their Cobram Estate brand into Australia’s leading supermarket brand and largest exporter of Olive Oil into the USA, UK, Canadian and German markets.
