Sarah Watson is Copenhagen Energy’s Sustainability and Approvals Manager based in Perth. Sarah has a multi-disciplinary background in engineering and international law with more than 20 years’ experience in projects across Africa, the Americas, Australasia, Europe, and the Middle East. She has worked for BHP (Petroleum) and Noble Energy, and as a private consultant for multinational clients. Sarah specialises in environmental performance, risk assessment and compliance, and has vast experience with obtaining pre-development and operational approvals for large-scale offshore energy projects.

Sarah is passionate about ensuring the world’s ocean is developed sustainably and promoting diversity and inclusion within STEM professions.
