STAFF PROFILE

Ms Leslie Cowdery is the Research Program Support Officer for the Blue Economy CRC-Co Ltd.

Leslie has a proficient background in business administration and previously worked for AMC Search as a Training Administrator for their maritime training short courses and Pacific Patrol Boat program. Over the last 13 years Leslie has worked in various administrative roles, but mainly as an Executive Assistant within the Australian Maritime College, a specialist institute of the University of Tasmania where she was known as the front face and go-to person for the vast and broad suite of AMC’s activities. Leslie has also had experience working for the Launceston Chamber of Commerce as an Executive Assistant and event coordinator.

Leslie now manages the day-to-day aspects of administering and monitoring the activities of the Blue Economy CRC Research Programs and provides administrative support to the Blue Economy CRC Research Director, Executive Management Team, Research Program Leaders and key stakeholders.
