Over 35 years experience as a Civil Engineer and over 30 years as a Coastal and Maritime engineering specialist with experience in Quality Assurance at management and project levels and with extensive exposure in the Engineering Consulting industry to the Oil & Gas, Minerals & Energy, Ports & Harbour sectors. Brad’s wide variety of technical experience has included physical and numerical modelling studies of site wave climate and sediment transport, coastal and port planning studies, evaluation of water quality criteria and mechanisms of exchange in residential canal developments and marinas, and structural design and detailing of marine and other civil structures, moorings and navigation aids.

Brad’s responsibilities since joining BMT have included active fostering and development of technical capabilities in support of coastal engineering, port planning, design and dredging specialisations within the practice. As a Director work includes active management of operations functions with development of HR, Quality Business Systems, Training and Resourcing. This has been carried out while Consulting across the business’s technical areas at Snr Principal and Project Director level.
