Working across the spectrum as a consultant working for Māori organisations, as a civil servant (working for the Ministry for Primary Industries’ Aquaculture Directorate) and now for a listed Salmon company, Monique has amassed a range of diverse work experiences which shape her open and adaptive approach to her work delivery.
